The Grob Group has its own, full-time, dedicated health and safety advisor, who is available to all project teams as well as on sites and at our production facilities. Hotchkiss monitors and promotes a culture of safety first throughout the business, at all levels. Not only has Hotchkiss received the RoSPA Patrons Award for winning 29 consecutive years of Gold Awards for health and safety, but we are also ISO 9001, 45001 and 14001 certified, with RoSPA and Achilles accreditation. Furthermore, we have met all the LPS 1531 requirements for LPCB certification.

Project Management
At Hotchkiss, our contracts teams are primarily developed through the strong Hotchkiss apprenticeship scheme. This provides us with project managers, CAD operatives, engineers, construction managers and supervisors who are all trained to the highest of standards. We are also proud that we retain a very high level of our staff, meaning that our well-trained project teams also have a wealth of experience gained over many years.
