This energy-efficient, multi-purpose development in the heart of London incorporates commercial, residential, retail and restaurant facilities all in one build. To overcome numerous challenges in the multi-service feature of this complex design, our ductwork engineers worked alongside the main contractor’s team in the development phase of the building’s coordinated services BIM model.
Scope
During the construction phase, we managed the airside shell and core package for the individual buildings, roof plant rooms and common basements, including the central energy centre.
