This multi-building development on the old Shell Centre site adjacent to the London Eye and River Thames comprises of commercial, residential, retail and restaurant facilities across seven new buildings, whilst incorporating the original Shell tower.
Scope
Hotchkiss worked collaboratively during the coordinated BIM model development. We managed the complete airside installation package, shell and core ductwork for the infrastructure, MHFF, building 1, building 2 and below-ground shell and core for buildings 3, 4A and 4B, working within the structure of phased completion and handover for the various buildings.
