Completed in 1906, this Grade II* listed building was once used by Winston Churchill and sits in the heart of Whitehall. Our experienced ductwork engineers will be heavily involved in the redevelopment of this historic building, which will re-open as a luxury hotel and apartments.
Scope
Hotchkiss is scoped to install the ductwork, dampers, attenuators, VAVs, CAVs, cooling and heating coils, and grilles, as well as unloading and installing all free issue. We are also tasked with supplying and installing PVC ductwork, and had to turn the coordinated drawings into working manufacture drawings for the ductwork to be manufactured.
