This prestigious forty floor office complex, situated in the heart of London's Docklands, is host to the World Headquarters of the HSBC banking empire. Consisting of one million square feet of office space incorporating trading floors, gymnasiums, in-house catering facilities and, along with direct connections to the Jubilee Line, supplies excellent infrastructure and access to the thousands of its employees every day.
Not only did Hotchkiss supply the GSS and fire rated duct for the Shell & Core and Fit-Out, they also procured the specialist air plant and managed the insulation and pre-commissioning.
