The development replaces post-war office blocks with four main contemporary buildings, which open out to a new landscaped public square, bounded by shops, cafes and bars. The four main buildings will range in size from a 17 storey tower to a five storey pavilion; in all providing
700,000 sq.ft. of office space and 29,000 sq.ft of retail space.
Our scope is to supply and install galvanised and fire rated BW11 ductwork systems to the basement, floors and roof plantrooms to buildings A, B, C, D and E and includes the procurement of all in-line duct equipment. We are contracted to carry out a Shell & Core installation for all buildings and Fit Out to buildings A, C and D. Also included in our scope is the insulating, pre-commissioning and commissioning of the ductwork system.
