51 Lime Street
London, EC3
51 Lime Street is the site of the original Lloyds of London. The new building consists of a 29 storey tower with a smaller ten storey building adjacent to Fenchurch Street, which is being redeveloped for Willis Insurance.
The main tower has three levels of plantroom serving the main riser cores comprising of Toilet and Lift Lobby areas.
Hotchkiss are selected to carry out the full airside package which includes Shell & Core, ductwork installation, commissioning and procurement of in-line plant items such as air handling units, attenuators and grilles. Also in our works is the pre-commissioning and commissioning of the duct system.
