This ten storey building, situated on the corner of Holborn and Red Lion Street, won acclaim for the speed of construction, the innovative approach to deliveries and material handling on site and the incredible safety record of zero lost time accidents.
The scope of work consisted of supplying and installing GSS and fire rated ductwork as well as procuring all necessary air plant for the main Shell & Core part of the building.
