Hotchkiss Limited

Apprenticeships

Hotchkiss have always been advocates of training. We have apprenticeship documents dating back to 1911. Our Apprenticeship Scheme won the Quality in Construction Apprenticeship Award 2008.

We offer structured training comprised of college programmes and hands on training through our mentoring system from fully qualified staff. The objective of our four year training programme is to equip all our employees with the skills necessary to enable them to realise their full potential.

We are able to provide the opportunity to be part of the team working on many of the UK's major construction projects. Previous apprentices have worked on landmark projects such as the T5 building at Heathrow Airport, whilst some of our current apprentices are working on the 2012 Olympic Park project.

Working with local schools, we also offer short term work experience placements and a Young Apprenticeship scheme.
