The objective of our training programme is to equip all our employees with the skills necessary to enable them to realise their full potential.

Each year Hotchkiss recruits 8-10 apprentices and trainees between 16 and 18 covering a variety of skills (See below).

We are able to provide the opportunity to be part of the team working on many of the UK's major construction projects, for example, the new T5 building at Heathrow Airport, which is the largest current construction project in Europe.
